Starter - tuna and mayo on a bed of lettuce and cocktail tomatoes
Dinner - fry onion and bacon, add to creamed corn on top of half a butternut - raosted in oven.
chicken breast with cheese sauce
baked potatoe

Dessert - strawberries with cream

Toasted goat's cheese with balsamic salad (circle of goats cheese, drizzled with olive oil, add black pepper, put on a small piece of ciabatta or nice french bread and toast until starting to melt)

Chicken stuffed with parma ham and sundried tomatoes (cut a slit in the chicken, shove the stuff inside and then secure with cocktail stick and bake in oven)

Baked exotic fruits with vanilla ice cream (wrap sliced banana, mango, papaya, 2 passion fruit sieved to get rid of pips, in some greaseproof paper in a parcel shape, then bake in oven for 15 minutes - serve with fancy ice cream, shop bought is fine)

hmm sounds nice keep the idea's coming though may mix and match. Its been 7 years since weve been together so we celebrate that more then our wedding anniversary as weve only been married 2 years. Nearly didnt make this year (must be 7 year itch and mil) but we are now expecting baby number 2 and couldnt be happier

Fave starter = Delia's roasted peppers. half a red pepper, put half a tomato in it, drizzle on olive oil, bit of basil and garlic (anchovies too if you like 'em) roast til soft. YUM
Main course = morrocan lamb casserole. Tana Ramsay's book. Really delicious and just sorts itself out in the oven while you wine and dine
Dessert= Nigella's chocolate puds. Molten choc in the middle. Mixture can be made in advance and kept in fridge til ready. Only take 15 mins to cook.
Will post recipes if you like
