Christmas Day dessert?

I'm making Christmas dinner this year and it's just going to be me, DH and two sons. I'm not a Christmas pudding fan and neither are they.

What's your go to Christmas Day dessert? Preferably not too heavy, can be made ahead and not boozy as kids eating.

We usually have profiteroles when having Christmas at home.
Last year at SIL's (14 people) there was Christmas pudding, trifle & cheese cake on offer)
This year we will hopefully be at SIL's again (I'm due just before Christmas so our plans could all go out the window) and we have ordered the sticky toffee trifle from M&S as our offering towards lunch

This Pandoro Christmas tree with mascarpone cream (no brandy for children) icing sugar and glacé cherries.

Oo, @merryhouse! I'd love the recipe too. Sounds lush

Thinking we may get one of these from Lidl! Just seen them today :)

I'd just make trifle and do the kids theirs with orange juice instead of sherry. I love trifle. Some great ideas on this thread.

Mont Blanc

Finally I've decided. We're all big fans of mince pies so it's a mince tart with a layer of marzipan and a lattice top. I presume I can bake it then heat it up on the day but not too sure.
