Need to know where I can buy specific ingredients for smoothies

Hi, I have started to make my own smoothies for my 20 month old son - he loves them, can't think why I didn't start making them sooner! However certain recipes require the following ingredients and I need to know where I can buy
them.

Whey protein powder
Brewers Yeast
Wheatgerm

I also need to know where I can buy some fine cornmeal or fine polenta for a non smoothie recipe.

Thanks

Can you buy them in a health shop maybe?

'Holland and BArrett or any healthfood shop for the first lot

Any supermarket of a decent size should sell cornmeal/polenta..

A health food shop should sell these

Are they all OK for a 20month old to have?

All ingredients have been mentioned in recipes in the book - Super Juice Kids by Michael Van Straten - there are pictures of kids drinking from babies to teenagers and it does not say to not give to a specific age range (although I would not have given to him under age of 1!). But will check with health store assistant for suitability.

whey protein is from milk, maybe look in the dry milk powder isle in your supermarket, they sell wheatgerm ,tesco's is usually where the oats are kept. Brewers yeast, you'll have to go to a health shop. Brewers yeast is only recommended to children older than 6 though.

Sainsbury's sell polenta. It is the same as cornmeal.
Smoothies can be just milk, fruit and/or yogurt.

also try buttermilk!
