What can I make a 13month old to eat every meal, everyday?

oh dear!! Been there twice.....
If it helps this is what ours would have eaten at a similar age.
Breakfast - weetabix with hot full fat cow's milk and half a banana squashed into it or eaten whole, toast cut into silly shapes...Cheerios as finger food whilst I'm getting it!!
Lunch - main meal of meat/fish and vegetables with a sauce of some description (Cow and Gate's gravy and cheese sauce for babies I found fab), Fromage frais
Tea - rice pudding and fruit/banana and custard, sandwiches a few corn crisps (tut, tut) fruit (pears a favourite), homemade cake,
really at this age they can have pretty much what you do.... DS (16 months) had fish and chips with us last saturday!! I homecook food where possible and buy organic if I can but it's in moderation with everything in our house....hth?

Ooooh, NatRat, I'm wondering the same thing! But this is the type of stuff ds (14 months) will eat fairly regularly - he's a fussy little blighter tho...

Breakfast: Shreddies, Weetabix or Ready Brek, sometimes with fruit puree in if I'm feeling earth-mothery. Toast and butter. Maybe half a banana.

Lunch: Oat cakes with Philadelphia cheese, baby tomatoes, olives, baked beans on toast, cheesy omelette, Total yoghurt with fresh fruit, fromage frais, etc.

Dinner: Baby pasta with variety of interesting tomatoey sauces!, tuna, fish fingers and potato shapes (bad mother?!?), shepherds pie, veggie sausages, pitta bread with mashed up chicken and avocado, peas, peas and more peas... More fruit, more yoghurt, rice puddings, etc

I try and homecook but don't do it everyday, tbh. Organic when poss but that's more about me than him lol! Am always surprised that ds will eat more 'adult' food than I'd think - he seems to go for quite strong tastes - ie. loves olives, Sacla aubergine pesto etc! Experimentation is good, I reckon...

HTH
