So I have a wedding cake to make, the choice us mine and I yhink I have decided what to do, I'm OK with most of it, but just wondered if anyone new what this glitter is as it does not look like the run of the mill stuff.

Well its 100percent NOT edible glitter.
I'd say the tier is covered in a similar colour sugar paste then either sprayed but probably painted with the metallic paint mix. On my phone now so will try to view on pc later to examine texture element as screen to small to see. Are you a pro sugar crafter? Access to equipment etc?

Stroke of genius💡realised if i turned phone up extra bright didn't need to look at PC screen😂.

I believe you've to a tier covered in probably a similar to the colour you want sugar paste then painted with a lustre dust solution paint.
Next has a moulded cartouche frame
Next as first then covered in edible flakes, possibly homemade for colour matching.dont use edible glitter as it will ccinaminate the rest of the cake dreadfully.
Bottom brush embroidery with royal.

Are you doing this colour scheme?
And what tier sizes to accomodate depths? Id say wash is defo sponges thick here
What flavour? ( Lip licking in curiosity)

Thank you for replying so soon, I'm not a pro but have done a couple of professional courses, although a long time ago, yes similar colour scheme, I'm fine with the Royal icing detail, I just want to get that glitter layer right so it stands out, bottom layer fruit, next rainbow, third chocolate and top plain.
