Following on from my Camembert thread, I've come back to ask you about Brie 
Never had it before, I'm slowly trying to expand my cheesiness.
So what do I do with it? Cook with it? Eat it with crackers?
I've bought a wedge of president Brie.
I've also got a small wedge of Camembert to try. But as it's a small wedge, I'm guessing I can't put that in the oven like you would a big round one?
