I have my family coming over on Sunday to eat but my dd has a sports fixture for a few hours on Sunday morning so I need to prepare something on Saturday that I can chuck in the oven when we get in.
My aunt has type 2 diabetes so I 'think' I should avoid rich foods ( not sure if that's right or not?!) Soooooo I thought a posh fish pie might work well.
My only worry is that some of my previous attempts tasted nice but were possibly slightly watery 
If anyone has a fabulous fail safe, tried and tested fish pie recipe and/or tips if you could share them that would be brill.
