First attempt at baking a tiered cake, where can I buy cake tins for a 2 or 3 tier cake?

Lakeland?

You want 1 tin of each size and bake the tiers as 1 sponge each. Then once cooked level and slice into layers, add the fillings. You need dowels and cake board (the thin kind) to stack without sinking. Depending on how you're decorating will influence how much you decorate before and after stacking.

Anywhere. They are just normal cake tins you just need to decide the sizes you want depending on how many portions/size of cake you need. The norm is to go two inches smaller as you go up so 8" bottom tier the 6" above or 10/8/6" for three tier. You will have to dowel them if you are stacking them to prevent collapse

Pinterest and you tube have lots of tutorials on stacking cakes and decorating tips (can be a bit addictive to watch)!

Good luck
