Really need snack-size healthy food options (pain)

Hi all,

Some background: I have chronic pain and fibromyalgia.
My main issue is that during acute pain flare ups, i have difficulty with eating and drinking. These flare ups can be almost every day when things are bad.

Tipping my head back to drink, cutting up food and repeatedly moving a fork or spoon from a plate to my mouth can be really painful (this last issue is the one that's most limiting).

As a result, i look for snacks that won't require a lot of arm movement for me to eat - but now my diet is awful. Biscuits, babybels, snack sized sausage rolls, scotch eggs etc are all 'easy' to eat when in pain but not great.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of foods that are 'snack' sized but incorporate vegetables/more nutrition?

My MIL suggested omlette cups which is a fab idea, just looking for anything else so i can start eating a bit healthier.

My pain isn't always bad so i could spend an afternoon prepping snack foods for the week.

If you like peanut butter than some spread on apple slices (when you are not in too much pain) are quite a healthy & sweet snack. I fully understand where you are coming from on the fibromyalgia side of things and I will be following your thread too.
