dd1 and 2 only want mild cheddar. Up until a couple of weeks ago I had NEVER ought it, only mature. My kids have never really eaten the cheese things I have given them but now they are with mmild cheddar. It's still just as good as mature cheese isn't it?

I'm not making much sense, I dunno, when I was a kid I loved mature cheddar, mild cheddar was never in the house so I have never had any experience of it. It's still good for them, calcium wise, the same?

Yep. DS won't eat anything but mild/medium and all his bones/teeth etc are doing well so you will be fine!

supposedly cheese is a junk food now

but the only difference between mature and mild is the taste . .. mild cheese is the devil's spawn and mature cheese is pure ambrosia... you need to chuck your kids out and start again patently (my DS won't eat cheese at all, wtf is that about?)
