I've found a gorgeous recipe for rosemary and sea salt shortbread, but need some help converting it to UK measurements. Any experts out there who can please check my interpretation??
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
(9oz plain flour?)
â…” cup granulated sugar
(4.73oz granulated sugar?)
1 cup 2 sticks butter
(8oz butter?)
Also, can caster sugar be used for shortbread or is granulated better?
