I use a recipe I copied out of a library book some time ago; flour, marg, cheese and egg, bake for 10 minutes.
dd loves them.
what I didn't copy and can't remember is where I should store them, cupboard or fridge.
What do we think???

Biscuit tin

I usually put them in an air tight box (lock 'n'Lock). Although i find they disappear overnight (dh always says he doesn't touch them.

Could we have the recipe?

I've foudn them fine in the fridge or a biscuit tin. I tend to warm them up again before eating them with lots of sour cream though. God I'm hungry!

100g plain flour
50g diced butter
75g grated cheese
1 beaten egg

mix flour and butter until crumbs
stir in cheese and egg until dough
roll out to 1cm thick and cut into fingers
place on greased baking sheet and bake at 200 deg for 10 mins

dead easy - only type of cooking i can manage

Try this one
75g butter
75g flour + some for rolling out
150g grated cheese
large pinch sweet paprika
salt if not making them for toddlers
rub in butter to flour then add grated cheese
squidge all together and wrap in clingfilm and leave overnight in fridge
next morning (or whenever!) roll out to thick pastry thickness and cut out using egg cup or pastry cutter
place on grease proof tray and cook in hot oven for 10 mins (until just starting to turn dark yellow)
leave to cool for a few moments and then place on wire tray
store in biscuit tin or your tummy

Thanks! Will try.

Ah - I have just tried DD on the recipe with the egg and they have come out quite crispy/hard (possibly overdone but nice golden colour still) and they don't seem to soften too much with buckets of dribble. I will try the other recipe too and report back!
