Ideas needed for a gluten free party guest (7 year old)

My daughter is celebrating her 8th birthday next week. One of the guests, I have just found out, is gluten free. I was planning on doing hotdogs and carrot & cucumber sticks. Then brownies (instead of cake) for pudding. As I am not in the UK at the moment, there is no such joy as a 'gluten-free' range in the supermarkets here. I am looking for something that takes very little prep if poss. Any ideas oh wise people of mumsnet?

Home made burgers?
Plenty of gluten free crisps?
Rice balls?
Sundaes - fruit, jelly, whipped cream layers?

Packets of popcorn
Potato wedges and dip
Cheese, ham and tomato mini frittatas made in muffin tins.
Doritos lightly salted and chilli are gluten free. You could do cheesy nachos.

Ice pops/ice cream
Pots of chocolate mousse
Pots of jelly

My little nephew is coeliac and he brings his own party pack to each party. He prefers that as he never has to think, just eat his own stuff. Its sounds a bit cold hearted but he would be extremely ill if he ate the wrong food and he is totally laid back about it.
Could you ask the dm to tell you exactly what treats he likes?

Why not just make flourless chocolate brownies for everyone? Nigella’s recipe is delicious- even without the sauce - however you might want to use half milk, half dark chocolate and maybe white choc chips instead of the walnuts

Have the hot dog but without the bun. Check, though, that there's no wheat or gluten added to the hot dogs in the ingredients list.

Veggie sticks and dips are good. Steer clear of anything with a breaded or battered coating as these contain flour (which I'm sure you know! Sorry)

I use omelette as a bread substitute so you could make wraps with them instead. They sound odd but are really tasty!

Flapjacks are a good alternative as they don't contain flour/wheat/gluten.

Thank you for these everyone. I think I'll try omelette (the guest is french so hopefully will eat this ) with veggie sticks and houmous. Flourless brownies look fab too.

We are GF, and I often just take our own food to parties rather than expecting friends to cater for us. Some of our go-to things would be fresh fruit, veg sticks & hummus, hard boiled eggs, tortilla chips (check they are gf though), jacket potatoes, etc.
