I've been googling recipes for this, but am bamboozled by too many options, and little 'proof' that they work!
Can anyone share a tried and tested method for slow cooker porridge? (in my imagination I'd put the ingredients into cereal bowls which would be in the slow cooker and therefore just ready to eat in the morning). I'm only interested in making it with milk, not water.
And before anyone tells me to microwave it instead (which is what often seems to be suggested) - I know it's quicker, but I don't have a microwave, and I'm not going to buy one just to make porridge!
