Breakfast on the go

DP is about to go back to work after paternity leave and I start college in the evenings so with a newborn and 2 year old life is about to get hectic.

I need suggestions of:
Breakfast that can be eaten on the go (in the car) without needing to be heated, preferably make in batches/the night before

Meals that I can eat in my break at college (10 mins) and will survive ok in a thermos food pot and will be okay for DP to reheat for his dinner when he gets in.

Lunches that I can make in batches, I’m thinking pasta salads maybe?

Thank you for any suggestions!

For breakfasts and lunch you could make egg frittata/muffins - you can eat them cold on their own or pair with salad

Other breakfast idea:
Breakfast muffins
Banana bread
Pitta stuffed with salmon/bacon/hardboiled egg
Peanut butter and banana sandwiches
Breakfast smoothies made with oats, yoghurt etc

For dinners
Chilli
Bolognaise (serve with penne or another shape instead of spaghetti for easier eating)
Chunky soups /stews

Breakfast smoothie. Yoghurt, milk, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed and frozen blueberries. Use a blender stick to make the night before.

Surely sandwiches are the quickest and easiest lunch.

We are enjoying overnight oats at the moment. I think the trick is to add lots of fruit, seeds and nuts for flavour and texture otherwise it just tastes like cold porridge! We also cook porridge in the slow cooker but have it on a timer so that it is cooked for when we wake up.
