DP is about to go back to work after paternity leave and I start college in the evenings so with a newborn and 2 year old life is about to get hectic.
I need suggestions of:
Breakfast that can be eaten on the go (in the car) without needing to be heated, preferably make in batches/the night before
Meals that I can eat in my break at college (10 mins) and will survive ok in a thermos food pot and will be okay for DP to reheat for his dinner when he gets in.
Lunches that I can make in batches, I’m thinking pasta salads maybe?
