Yogurt ... can you freeze it?

I know the answer's going to be NO but I'll ask anyway ... Nigella says you can freeze milk, so maybe someone will say yes!!

yes! Well definitely the low fat ones, just stir them now and agin to stop ice crystals forming

I freeze Petit Filous if they're not eaten by their use by date. Just stick a lolly stick through the top & you have yoghurt lollies!

So it defrosts okay? Going to start DS2 on yogurt shortly and like the wholemilk organic variety but find them hard to get locally so was going to buy quite a few cartons and pop them in the freezer to use as and when.

The amount of yoghurts I have thrown away. That is good to know though. I sometimes freeze milk and that's fine.

wow, didnt know this. thats great news. but i assume they're no good to eat once a carton has been opened and unfinished?
cos i got a tummy ache once doing that...
