Oh god plenty of time

Whack your oven up full pelt in about 10 mins and stick your trays in with the oil to get them hot.

you've got time - get your oil/fat very hot first.

Yes the batter should last till Tuesday, it'll separate but give it a stir and it'll be fine.
We always put our Yorkshires in as soon as we take the chicken out to rest.
Put the tins in to warm up 10 minutes before the chicken is done, when the chicken's done take it out, turn the oven up as high as it'll go, put the puddings in, 12-15 minutes gives us time to make the gravy from the chicken stock and dish everything up then the puddings should be done.

We make them in bun sized tins though, where there's 12 to a tin, not the silly pudding tins which only have 4.

well have put the tin now. chicken out in about 10/15 so enough time to get the oil hot.
