Healthy snacks

Since having my 3rd baby I've got into a really bad habit of snacking in the evening. I think it's needing extra calories breastfeeding, tiredness, feeling like a treat, and bored (I've got hobbies I can do but generally too tired, rather than go to bed once the kids are asleep I like to stay up an hour for some me time)
Also since my 3rd I can't eat fruit without getting cramps so need healthy snacks that taste yummy rather than going for biscuits, cake, chocolate etc.
Any advice? Need help before I go up a clothes size!

can you manage veggies.having some carrot sticks, celery, cucumber etc chopped and ready in the fridge.
frozen little yoghurts are great in this weather.
muller rice pots are great on the go.or rice pudding from a can for a warm bowl in the evening.
making up a sala in a Tupperware.but an exciting one.so its got celery.onions.shaved carrot.rocket.lots of flavours,a few herbs, peppers, tomatos and cucumber. and if you want an extra zing one a cachumba type salad is fab.its basically chopped tomatos cucmber and onion with a mint sauce dressing mixed through.its lovely.
roasted parsnip sweet potato and carrots.kept in frigde to snack on.
fruit compote or honey swirled through(Id you cant do fruit) yoghurt and granola pots.
salad wraps.
can you do cooked fruit do you no.becasue things like oven cooked apple or peaches is lovely.
toast
make your own pitta chips by cutting wraps into triangles and oven cook
Weetabix or small bowl of cereal for supper.
roasted chickpeas.add any spices or flavourings.
could you have a lighter tea and maybe saving some of that for your you times.a literal taking a bit off your plate and thinking ooh ill enjoy that later.
a handful of nuts like almonds and seed mix
a mug of warm milk
some oats and nuts.you could make it with half milk and water if ur super worried.
grilled tomatos on wholegrain toast.
nut butter on crip bread

try having it with a warm drink like tea or fruit tea.itl make you feel snugglier and hyrdrated and eased even if your snack is smaller

do try not to overowrry though.chances are the huger will settle as you do.or if notyoull soon find what suits you if u listen to ur body.
as long as your making smart choices.eating plenty of fruit and veg and good meals and also being minful you want to look forward to your evening snack.ul be ok.

I like Aldi’s fake Graze boxes, whitworths fruit shots and the new nut ones, nice yoghurts, and lentil crisps. Still fairly crappy but not horrendous and hits the spot

There are some really low calorie and low sugar ice creams on the market at the moment. A few scoops wouldn't do much damage. Look out for Oppo, Halo Top and Breyers. Also, children's ice lollies are quite low calorie. The fruit pastille ones are 60 cal which is less than a chocolate digestive but take way longer to eat.
I often make myself an Options hot chocolate if I have a chocolate craving.
I also make up some large bowls of sugar free jelly and have them ready in the fridge for when I get the munchies!
I find rice cakes quite filling if I'm generally feeling hungry. I like the caramel ones, which are about 40 calories each, but I'm also quite fond of the marmite ones which I've been told are the same calories as a party ring biscuit but way more filling! Popcorn would be similar, I guess.

I've just bought one of those ice lolly maker trays that you fill with fruit juice and put in the freezer. Great for this weather, tastes like a sweet treat, and no more or less healthy than a small glass of fruit juice.

Ramekin of proper Greek yoghurt (either Total or Waitrose own brand, none of the watery "Greek-style" stuff). I usually like it plain (so tart and creamy!) but occasionally stir in a spoonful of jam, honey or lemon curd.

Buy a box of very expensive luxury dark truffles. One or two with an espresso feels like a treat, and it's hard to overindulge on them - you can't mainline them like you can cheap milk chocolate.

Bowl of edamame beans, lightly salted if you must, is a great alternative to crisps.

Cup of tea! Usually on its own or occasionally with a (n expensive) macaron. Not healthy as such, but something small and luxurious is so much better for you than loads of cheap sugar.

Also, is it possible to have dinner a bit later, and maybe add on an extra vegetable course? You might find that you don't need so many snacks at all then.
