Help me to fill my new freezer!

I'm buying a new fridge freezer, it arrives on Sunday. The fridge is similar in capacity to our old one, but the new freezer is around twice the size. I want to fill it with lots of yummy batch cooking so that I can be lazy during the week.

I need some ideas for vegetarian meals that will freeze well - we don't eat meat. Already have various curries on my list, and some soups, but what else can I do? And how can I make the very most of my lovely new freezer?!

All suggestions welcome!

Tagine
Lentil ragu or bolognaise sauce with veggie mince
Veggie Shepherd's pie
Veggie lasagne/moussaka
Spinach and ricotta cannelonni

Then I would have
some bags of frozen veg - peas, sweetcorn etc
some frozen fruit - berries mainly
a couple of loaves of really good bread
ice cream/lollies

Thanks for the suggestions Blondie. Will definitely get some frozen berries and some good bread! Could even put some home-made bread in there. Would people recommend slicing the bread before freezing it?

I would slice before freezing. it depends how quickly you would eat a loaf.

Would homemade beanburgers freeze?

Quorn sausage casserole frezes nicely.

I make a big batch of homemade basic tomato sauce and a chunky ratatouille and freeze that in appropriate sized batches. I often make these in the slow cooker in massive quantities. I use them up in pasta bakes, risottos, in soups, casseroles. You name it, if it's tomatoey, it works.

Veg chilli freezes well too, and can be used in loads of ways.
