Has anyone got any quick and easy ideas for kids' tea using wraps and pittas?

They eat most anything really -meat and meat-free. I'd really like some hot recipes rather than cold sandwich-type stuff, but will consider and be ever-grateful obviously for any ideas - ta.

My v fussy daughter likes onion bahjis, salad and minty yoghurt, rolled up in a chapati.

There's a fab fish burrito recipe in Bill Granger's book where he marinades fish strips in paprika, cumin, salt and pepper, then fries them. Makes a sala with cucumber, toms, coriander, chilli, lime juice and sugar. Also makes a mayonnaise with lime juice and coriander and puts the whole thing together in a tortilla with lettuce. It's fabulous and DP and I have it regularly. You could do a less chilli-fied version of this.

I got this off a free receipe card in Sainsburys. Put a wrap, flat in a frying pan. Sprinkle over shredded lettuce, grated cheese, strips of ham. Put another wrap on top, heat through and then flip over. When hot slide out and cut into wedges. Very popular with my girls. You don't need to add oil to the frying pan.

while we are on the subject, how the blardy hell do you wrap a wrap so you don't get covered in "stuff"?
