Can I cook duck breast in advance?

My OH took duck breasts out of the freezer Angry which were meant for Sunday dinner for DCs. They need to be used today as I they were use by yesterday.

Trouble is tonight (and thurs and fri evening) is a busy night with DD's dance class so I really don't have time to do them this evening.

Can I cook them this afternoon then reheat in oven later?

Not sure about reheating them whole - they might go a bit dry. Could you slice them and use them in a stir fry type dish?

Duck really doesn’t take a long time. Pan for 10 minutes max. Does that give you enough time?

I was planning on boiling spuds and prepping veg in a bit and I don't have ingredients in for stir fry. DS is picky about stir fry. I guess I could skin them & slice them up & pan fry them later and that way they'll be juices for a nice gravy.

Sorry didn't see this before replying to Kintan. I guess I could pan fry them completely. I might take the skin off and to reduce fatty smoke getting in my dreadlocks Grin. The kids won't be too bothered about a crispy skin.
