I'm trying to get my toddler to eat salmon again as she has gone off it. Does anyone have any simple salmon recipes I can trick her into eating that the whole family will enjoy?

Don’t know about the whole fs,ily but my DC like salmon nibbles. Cut the salmon into chicken nugget size pieces. Dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 12 mins.

Salmon fish cakes - delicious and easy to make.

Mine love it topped with cheesy breadcrumbs then baked in the oven.

We often do pasta, stir through some red pesto, peas and spinach with some poached salmon on top - you could break the salmon up and stir it through. My fussy 2 yr old loves it

Mild, tastes mostly of coconut

Salmon fillets topped with Philadelphia then crushed Ryvita or cornflakes then baked is one of my favourites

When you bake in the oven what temperature and how long for please?

Salmon, like any fish, has to be absolutely fresh, no fishy smell at all. Hard to find in the UK though unless there's a fishmonger handy. If fish is fresh, simplest recipes are the best, pinch of salt and drizzle of olive oil and bon appetit.

I shape my fishcakes with star shaped cookie cutters.

I've tried the simple way, baking with lemon, and agree it's the best. Sadly, my toddler does not.
