So DH took chicken breasts out the freezer yesterday for dinner today and they're tiny! i need to feed the two of us plus DD's (6yrs and 2yrs). Was supposed to be making a korma but it's not going to be enough. Anyone got any quick, easy recipes that I can use to make this into a good, filling meal. I have tinned tomatoes, lentils, potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers some broccoli, garlic, rice, pasta and an array of dried herbs and spices. Anybody? I'm usually good with these things but just drawing a complete blank. It also has to be dairy free due to allergies!
