How to store cake with a frosting that contains single cream?

I'm planning a white chocolate frosting to cover my daughters birthday cake, and the Trevor contains single cream. Normally i use didn't icing out buttercream and sore the cake in an air right box in a cool room. Will that be ok? Or should I keep it in the fridge? It'll be a squeeze to get it in the fridge with the other party food. I will make the frosting the day before the party.

Oh dear, what a load of typos! Recipe, obviously, not Trevor. Normally I use fondant icing or buttercream and store in an air tight box in a cool room. Thanks

One day in a cool room will be fine I would have thought, especially with all that sugar.

Maybe store it outside? Might not be as cold as a fridge - on the other hand it might be colder depending on where you live and what the weather decides to do!!

Anything with cream in should be kept in a fridge or very cold.

Hmmm, on second thoughts i think I'll do a white chocolate buttercream, to avoid any risk. Thanks for your advice, folks.

Is it a ganache? Ganache stores well in a cool room. We have only just yesterday finished off dd's cake from 19 Dec, which was had Swiss meringue buttercream filling and white chocolate ganache coating. It hasn't been fridges at any point, just had the cut surfaces covered in clingfilm, and has been absolutely fine and delicious.
