I want to make these tonight, but ...
Question 1 - what is "powdered cane sugar"? Is it icing sugar?
Question 2 - I don't have "all-purpose unbleached flour" but I do have plain white flour and wheat germ... could I mix a few tablespoons in to make the regular flour more rustic??

What d'you think ladies?

MINI COCONUT OIL GINGERBREAD FOLK

3/4 cup (88g) powdered cane sugar
1/4 cup (44g) refined coconut oil
1/4 cup (88g) unsulphured molasses
2 tablespoons (24g) unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon (4g) pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons (191g) all-purpose unbleached flour, divided

All purpose flour is plain. You don't need to add anything to it, being unbleached won't make that much difference. And yes powdered sugar is icing sugar. If you're struggling for molasses use black treacle.

I wouldn’t bother faffing with the glourvid just use plain. Yes the powdered sugar is icing sugar. Pics please of finished product!

Incredibly, I actually have molasses. It’s even “unsulfured”

Hmm. I've only just made these as the mixture needed to be chilled overnight.

Not sure TBH - they're quite oily :-/
