Hello, I have no clue where to start. Id like one for recipes, when a food processor is required. Id use it also for chopping veg, blending food for baby. Hoping it will make healthy eating and food prep easier and quicker. Thanks

I used to have a braun, now have a thermomix. I love it but it cost nearly a grand so is probably overkill for what you are looking for.

Love my kitchenaid. Does literally everything and looks pretty

Thank you for the replies! Don’t think I could stretch to 1k Grin
Which KitchenAid do you have? I have been looking at the KitchenAid food processor, it looks good but reviews on John Lewis were mixed.

Watching this, as I'm on the hunt for a food processor with blender, mainly just for smoothies, milkshakes, chopping onions, stir-fry veg, hummus, salsa, dips, making pastry/dough, etc.

I've been tempted by the Ninja Complete Kitchen System, which has a processor bowl and blades, separate blender, and 2 cups to produce 'extracted' smoothies.

Or, the Kenwood Multi-Pro, processor and blender.

I had a magimix for 15 years was v happy with it but then swapped it for a kenwood multi-pro earlier this year. Wouldn’t go back to magimix. Kenwoood is really easy to use, great variable controls, easy to clean, useful attachments. Am really pleased with it.

Hide - I've also been looking at this Kitchenaid. Is this what you meant?

Ooh I like the look of the KitchenAid! Will maybe visit curry’s tomorrow.

I got a small Magimix a few months ago and really love it. It's small and quiet. CHops and slices really well.

I had a really cheap one from a car boot sale before that as I wanted to ensure that I used it, it broke after 12 months.

I already have a Waring blender (hardly use) and a Kitchen Aid stand mix.

Thanks all. I had a look in Curry’s today and preferred the look and feel of the magimix. The buttons felt better, felt I had to keep pressing the kitchen aid. Looks so neat too.
Is the 3200 sufficient or should I go for the XL? Thanks for all the advice!

I love my Magimix, I use it pretty much every day and would be completely lost without it. I have the 3200XL and the look and feel of it is brilliant quality and it’s super quiet too. My sister has had her Magimix for years, it’s worth the investment because they really do last.
