Is it too soon to drop mid-pm milk feed?

My dd is now 7 1/2 months old and I am going back to work next week. She will not take a bottle so I am putting lots of extra milk in food etc. I have managed to drop the mid-am breast feed and the lunch time one. Is it ok to drop the mid-pm breast feed and give her a breast feed with tea and before bed? She is still having a milk feed on waking in the morning.

moominmummy - ds2 is also 7.5 months (born 2 Dec) and I've been back at work for about a month. He has also not been taking much milk while I've been away from him - he is offered milk from a spouty cup twice a day, sometimes he takes very little, sometimes up to 4oz (yesterday, for the first time, he had 5oz am AND pm!) - so you may find that your dd will gradually increase her milk intake as she gets used to a cup (I suggest you forget about offereing bottles and try an easy no-valve beaker instead).
Until this week I've been going in to bf him at lunchtime, and apart from that he's just had am and bedtime feeds. This week I've cut out the lunchtime bf so he will now just have 2 bfs a day. I also give lots of milk in food.
I don't know if this is any help but I'm not sure there's a 'right' answer - you can't make her drink more milk, you can only offer it and hope. Personally at this age I am choosing to continue offering extra milk (formula) to drink mid norming and mid afternoon, because I don't think he gets enough from food and bf. I'm sure your dd will be fine.
