Catering for Continous guests

I've got guests for 3 of the next 4 weeks and the only week ive not got guests we're on holiday. So how to manage the meals.

Week 1 older couple ILs, want their hot meal at lunch time. Sandwiches and salad for dinner.
Plan is one pot casseroles in the freezer for lunch or DH takes them out to pub for lunch as I'm working

Week 2
2 young men - early 20s. Breakfast and lunch - get your own - will label packed lunch ingredients they can help themaelves to and dinner is hot meal served at 6.30pm - take it or leave it. If they reheat later must clean up themselves.

Week 3 holiday - packed lunches, easy dinners - pasta, hot dogs, restaurant.

Week 4 - the other older couple. My lot. Breakfast and lunch get your own, Im working. DH isnt but dont want to set expectation he'll be entertaining or serving as they keep different hours. Dinner is hot meal. I'll do 3, we'll go out twice and I'll ask them to prep 2 meals.

This is going to be fine right? How can I make it easier?

Sounds like you've got it nailed! If you are batch cooking and freezing for the first week could you double up and make enough for week 4 too? Obviously that would be quite large volumes so would depend on you having big enough pots and freezer space!

atleast not much freezer space, I could get more tupperware. Gah. Why do I do this to myself
