I'm just starting off making a friends birthday cake. I am an experienced baker/cake decorator, but I've just realised that the design I want to do, needs a tall tin.
I have a suitable tin, but I have never used it before & it's just dawned on me that cooking time/temperature is going to need adjusting & I haven't left myself much time for cock,ups😐
Would anyone know an approximate baking time & temperature for a rich chocolate cake, baked in a 7.5x7.5 inch tall baking tin??
