Recipe ideas for child friendly ways to use up these veggies

We have started a veggie box scheme and are not using up what we have.
Can I have some good ideas that your children like from the following:
green beans

(We also have carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms, but I don't have a problem with them).

The only thing I can come up with for dinner tonight is leek and potato soup so all recipe ideas extremely welcome...something tells me there won't be many replies to this post.

Celeriac & potato mash is very good, also if you eat meat chicken/leek casserole with celeriac dumplings (I got the recipe from Riverford organic, can't find exactly the same one but this is similar.

Squash soup is always good.

Turnip esp if small ones peeled, cut into small pieces and stirfried is lovely - I do a mixed stirfry with carrot, turnip, beetroot, some greens then serve on noodles with sweet and sour sauce. DD always liked that when little.

Shredded cabbage mixed into mash potato
Stew which includes the turnip and leeks
Cheesy leek bake

Green beans also very good in a stirfry, or alternatively just boiled and served as a side dish generally popular I'd say

A very mild squash/chickpea thai style 'curry' with coconut milk might appeal? I use co-op thai green curry paste, used to not add too much so not too spicey, then add a bit of extra ginger & lemongrass to make up the flavour.

TBF dd did/does eat pretty much all veg except courgettes, so possibly not that helpful!

The Riverford site is always good for seasonal box-friendly recipes too

Thank you all!!
I am writing them down and will look at the Riverford site too. We had thai curry last night, and it didn't occur to me to put any of that in, so that was a missed opportunity. Casseroles are always a winner here, so yeah, it seems kind of obvious to get a turnip etc in there - and stir fries are a good idea too.
Celeriac dumplings ooh! that is an exciting twist! Dumplings are uber popular, so that will be interesting to see how that goes down.

Keep them coming anyone else with more ideas

You can steam and puree squash and use in sweet or savoury pancakes.

Turnip curries well, believe it or not. You could curry it with the squash.

Cabbage shred & braise in chicken stock. It's also nice with lardons or chopped bacon added like sprouts.
Squash add to stews or combine with carrots other root veg inc your turnip & blitz as a side..
Leeks sweat down in a bit of butter, plenty of pepper and make a gratin or add to pies or pasties.
A combination of all could make a savoury veggie crumble tbh.
