I've just made the two halves of my daughter's birthday cake (chocolate cake). I'm going to assemble and decorate it tomorrow, I've wrapped each half in cling film, are they better to go in the fridge? Or stay at room temperature?

Thanks. It was supposed to be like a stained glass panel they had made so I figured it the colours really should be right. Smile

She knows there is a cake but not the design. I'm sure she'll like it. I'm now trying to think of someone I can make a monkey cake for!
