I used to eat salmon a couple of times a week and especially gave it to the kids not realising that farmed salmon may not be that great! (Something to do with mercury levels, pesticides and illnesses being more wide spread.)
Now I try to get wild but obviously that is quite expensive. Is this being overly cautious? Reading online, the articles were quite old so I don't know if they are relevant today and whether I should still be ok with farmed?
Any opinions appreciated!
