Dinner for 10. I like making a tagging because I can do it they day before but couscous, pittas or any good suggestions?
Something pretty would be great.
I make my own pittas but they're not a thing of beauty.

Couscous with toasted pine nuts, lemon zest, coriander and finely sliced spring onions mixed through. Mmmm

Or chickpea flatbreads? Jamie Oliver recipe, and surprisingly easy, IIRC.

Great ideas, thank you. I might do both.

I like something fresh and green with it too, like green beans. But that could just be me!

OrangeSunset · 27/04/2016 17:46

Do you have a recipe for your tagine, OP?

Making slow cooked lamb for 10 soon but rather like the sound of the tagine!

Cakescakescakes · 27/04/2016 18:02

Oooh green beans stirfried with garlic, chilli, salt and pepper until charred. Mmmmmmmm

I would also make a large green salad and add fresh fennel, orange slices and crumbled feta and a good sprinkling of fresh mint and pomegranite seeds then dress with lemon juice and olive oil.

I always enjoy making a fresh and zingy tabbouleh salad as a side to tagine (parsley, bulgar grains, pomegranate seeds, tomato, onion, mint plus seasonings of olive oil, salt and pepper).
