Will be away for a week for work. Usually I do most of the cooking leaving finishing off bits here and there for my nanny. She's v happy to cook but she isn't great at it and usually if I get the time I enjoy doing it and would rather she had more time for the DC. So please help me with a few suggestions of healthy meals she can throw together without too much hassle or some things I can make and freeze. There's also DH to worry about on the weekend who will be liable to throw fish fingers at them.
I'll do a bolognese probably, plus maybe get some salmon so she can do a simple bake with rice and veg? Baked potatoes with something?
