Reheating quiche

If you make a quiche then reheat the following day, (I am not a fan of cold quiche) do you lose that "perfect wobble" moment and end up with it over cooked?

I quite fancy quiche in our Christmas buffet, but I am not up for any faffing, not even to the extent of pouring eggy mixture in a precooked pastry shell. I don't like supermarket quiche either.

By the time it has cooled it no longer has the perfect wobble.

Why don't you make it on the day? Surely the eggy mix cant be that much of a burden.

I love quiche and knock one up including making and cooking gluten free pastry in 30 minutes.

Steel yourself woman. Make it fresh!

Mmm...freshly made sausage rolls all hot straight from the oven.

I can just imagine your guests whispering 'I don't know how she does it'.

Free My guests, (aka FiL and BiL) will doubtless be lolling in the living room with the DCs while DH and I potter in the kitchen. As far as they are concerned the Christmas fairies prepare the feast and tidy away. They will not be expressing any wonderment over my skills. ungrateful buggers
