Quick, lazy lunches and dinners?

What do you keep in stock for a low-effort, quick lunch or dinner? I often end up in a situation where I just skip meals because the thought of preparing something is too much Blush

I can't eat cheese but anything else is in. I'm probably missing some really obvious things, so obvious suggestions are great.

When i'm lacking time/motivation then it's generally something with eggs - it could just be scrambled/boiled/poached with toast or something a bit more exotic like huevos rancheros or poached egg, avocado and parma ham on toast.
Another super quick one is a tuna pasta - cook the pasta, stir in some ready made salsa and a can of tuna - done in about 10 mins and requires little effot
I've also been known to have a fry up but for dinner

Maybe I ought to clarify lazy by saying I don't want to have to chop anything or use more than one pan, and quick meaning not just quick to prepare but that I don't have to wait ages to be ready :) I work evenings and sometimes I or DH just does quick tea for DS before so there isn't anything to heat up when I get in.

Eggs definitely good and tuna pasta is nice and easy - I usually make that in summer but would be good in winter too. Must remember beans on toast. We have a rubbish toaster, so I hate making toast but it's a quick and easy one for sure.

Coletter those recipes look delicious but mostly not really everyday ingredients that I would have lying around, which tends to be the problem with most stuff I keep finding on pinterest etc.

Aware these aren't exactly meals, but they are functional.

Really quick and lazy:

~Beans on toast or scrambled eggs on toast
~Sardines on toast
~Goats cheese on toast
~The 3 min fresh filled pasta from the supermarket and heat up a carton of passata with herbs (or add a spoon of mixed herbs to plain) in the microwave.
~Shop bought mackerel fillet with a couple of chopped up fresh toms or cucumber and some bread/toast
~ Omelette
~ Stir fry if I've bought stir fry stuff in packets on the way home.
~ Pitta bread with humous and cucumber and baby toms
~ Bag of salad with a tin of tuna and dressing

Very very quick and lazy
~Musli and yogurt
~Cheese, crackers and an apple
~ take away

Also those packs of flavoured microwave rice like uncle bean mushroom rice are nice enough in an emergancy 'feed me' situation with some frozen peas or other to-hand veg.

Um, again not gourmet cooking but you can buy frozen fish squares in oarsley sauces in a bag that you can cook in the microwave. That plus some microwave rice and frozen peas is wmnice enough for a 'door to plate in 10 mins' meal.

Packs of flavoured couscous and chop up a bit of salad and feta while the couscous is 'cooking' and stir through.
