cakes, cookies, choc brownies, maybe a refridgerator cake.(dont have a recipe for one tho), rice crispie cakes, corn flake cakes. do you have to cook can you take in some biscuits you have made and take them in and let the kids decorate them, you could then make some biscuits in the shape of christmas trees. run out of ideas now. hope one of these helps

maybe pizza, using pitta bread or ready made pizza bases, tomato puree, cheese and selection of toppings

Tuna mayo sandwiches - all you have to do is open the tins, they can do the rest.

scones are good if you want the extra educational dimension of measuring (whether you use scales or cups)

flapjack - they can put all teh ingredients together - you make them and they mix them into the oats. They could choose what extras (raisins, apricots etc.) go in to custominse them and then you cook them.

Good luck.

mysonsmummy · 21/11/2006 22:03

MUsT TELL YOU WHaT HAPPENED WHEN I MADE CHEESE STRAWS WHEN DS WAS IN nURSERY (oops sorry) one of the parents came up to me and said * usually loves trying whatever he brings home from cookery but i dont know what you did to them he would'nt touch it and it had no cheese in it. actually i did let the kiddies try all the ingreds and stir and touch - just made it fun - hence the terrible taste. god i cant do both!!!

back to what am i going to cook - i like the idea of muffins so am looking at those links.

also tuna mayonnaise sounds good - i can do that at least.
