Healthiest supermarket bread (that isn't really heavy)

I'm trying to reduce the amount of processed crap we eat and top of the list to swop is bread as it's currently Warburtons white or that hideous 50:50 crap. I haven't got the space for a bread machine or time & patience to make my own so wondering which supermarket breads are actually healthy ie wholegrain, low in sugar & salt, high in fibre and without lots of added crap but don't feel like a brick or sit heavy in your stomach for hours!

I rarely eat bread but DH & DC have toast most days for breakfast (after a huge bowl of cereal) plus eat have a sandwich 4-5 days a week. I can only get to the supermarket once, maximum twice a week so do need something that will last a couple of days and isn't going to double my food bill. Any suggestions that I can buy at Morrisons or Tesco? Next on the list is fruit yogurts....

I love Vogels bread. Very seedy and keeps well too
I like and kids are more likely to eat Hovis brown but suspect it is not much better than the others

We like Tesco rye bread and their sourdough is quite good too. Their Irish soda bread is nice and that doesn't sit heavy on the stomach as it's yeast free.

I like German Rye bread and it comes in packs with a date, you can keep them in the cupboard for few months.

Lovely with butter and honey.
Or with cheese.

I always bought hovis seed sensations (make my own bread now). even fussy DD would eat it. It's brown wholemeal with 7 seeds so I'm assuming it's reasonably healthy.

I'd go for sour dough, ciabatta, Polish bread is often pretty good but they are mostly white. The chances of finding a wholemeal loaf that isn't full of additives are almost zero....I have looked, British supermarket bread is just full of crap.
