Fish Cookery Book?

Can anyone recommend a good cookery book for fish please?

I've been thinking of the Leiths book, or a Rick Stein (but which one!) or maybe Delia?

Any good ideas?

We are trying to eat more fish on a regular basis but I just don't have a clue what to do with it! Not looking for super fussy dinner party dishes - just family fish dinners.

Jane Grigson's Fish book is really good. Although it's out of print, you can still get both hardback and paperback copies.

River cottage fish is great. Teaches everything , how to cook different types, different methods of cooking fish, what fish is good with what, when which fish is seasonal, which fish are sustainable, and has loads of very nice family recipes. But equally rick stein is a fish guru and his recipes are pretty fail safe.

BBC website is good for recipes.
I have Hugh's book and Rick Steins and I don't find either of them very useful - they are too detailed and yet not detailed enough, I suppose I mean not simple enough...my advice, I'm trying to do more fish too, is to find sauces your family like, my dc's will eat fish with pesto or a cherry tomato sauce....it's a good start and they go with any fish. Do breaded fish, frozen prawns are easy - good with risottos and curries. Fay's family food has a great recipe for a fish pie with basil tomato and Creme fraiche, serve with mash, so easy. Cod with chorizo and tomato sauce. Salmon with a honey and mustard dressing. Kedgeree is great too.
