Pudding ideas

We have a rule that the lo's can have an 'unhealthy' pudding one day and a healthy one the next. Often I cheat and give them something healthy disguised ie. frozen yog rather than ice cream. However I'm running out of ideas and have got lazy recently so there's been a lot of ice cream consumed. So I'm hoping you'll all have some ideas or remind me.

Pudding every day? Would never happen here, mine usually have fruit.........perhaps I'm just mean.......

I know, I know, but unfortunatly its become the routine now. They all eat loads of fruit which they are allow to help themselves to during the day and all three fill up on, so unfortunately they don't see it as pudding. Generally we do have a good healthy diet, so the alternate days pudding is considered a bit of a treat - except when I get a bit lazy like now.

How about banana with greek yoghurt and honey. Actually I think you could sprinkle brown sugar(instead of honey) on top and glaze it under a grill for a kind of brulee effect.
Homemade ice cream and sorbets.

how about crumble but made healthy with oats, brown sugar and some ground nuts... I love it!!

or I like to make small pancakes and serve with honey and fruit

we eat lots of greek yog with small amount of dark brown sugar which makes a lovely toffee taste with bananas..

or eton mess -- using yoghurt?
