Slow cooker pork ideas for toddlers?

I have finally purchased a slow cooker. I cook meals for my 6 year old and toddler and freeze them.
Any ideas for pork at all?

I just bung a pork joint in the slow cooker with an inch of water or apply juice and then serve it with stuff I've cooked more normally such as roast potatoes.
But then my toddler responds better to food being "separate".

Pork stroganoff always goes down a treat with DS. Diced red onion, pinch of paprika, 1 crushed garlic clove, couple of sliced mushrooms and some diced pork, cook with a tiny bit of stock on low all day then spoon through some creme fraiche to serve. Ds enjoys this with rice/pasta/potatoes/chips!

Pork and parsnip casserole in cider. Fry onions and garlic, brown diced pork, add a small bottle of cider and 200 mls of chicken stock. Boil off alcohol add chopped parsnips, a few mixed dried herbs and bung in slow cooker. Tastes great dd loves it as parsnips and cider are sweet
