Safe cooking of frozen purees with chicken in them?

My ds is nearly 6 months old and is loving his purees. I've just started to add some protein and have made up batches of broccoli puree and have added some cooked chicken breast. I've frozen loads of it but want to be sure that I safely re-heat it. Is it sufficient to zap it in the microwave straight from frozen until it's bubbling? With other purees (just veg) I've put them straight from freezer to microwave, ensuring they're piping hot, then allowing to cool before offering to ds. I'm a dunce in the kitchen and really don't want to make ds ill - I know you have to be extra careful with chicken so any tips gratefully received.

As long as the chicken was properly cooked the first time and you re-heat correctly, there will be no problem -
Probably better off allowing the puree to defrost naturally in the fridge before you microwave it as you run the risk of "burning" the food again if you go from frozen to bubbling!
