Pampered chef Brownie Pan

Has anyone got one. Bought on ebay and want to use it to bake recipes from scratch as oppose to buying a cake mix etc. It makes 12 brownies and looks fab but i need the right proportions. It suggests a 519g packet mix as optimal but no info on raw ingredients.

thanks

Is it the Muffin Pan?

I used to use mine for Yorkshire Puddings -no fat!

However it is now broken.

This recipe fits the brownie pan perfectly:

3large eggs
225g salted butter
320g golden caster sugar
160g cocoa powder (not drinking choc)
1teaspoon vanilla extract
180g plain flour

Melt butter, sugar and cocoa in your biggest pan, gentle heat. Remove from heat to cool a bit while you beat the eggs and vanilla seperately.
Tip in the eggs/vanilla and then beat into the melted mess with a whisk
Fold in the flour
This is quite a thick batter so help it into your brownie pan

20-25mins at 150, watch it carefully, you want a bit of wobble which will firm up as the pan cools

Report back!

Thanks its the Brownie Pan that is in 12 sections so may need shorter bake time.
