I have bought some because and have no idea what to do with it.
Anyone have any savoury ideas?

I'm not having sugar so please don't tempt me with Delish desserts.

I use it as white sauce layer in lasagne!

You can put it in sauces as a healthier alternative to cream. Heat it gently though when adding to the pan, otherwise it can split. I mix it with spinach for a white sauce layer in veggie lasagne too. But mainly use it for desserts!

Lots of recipes here. I am doing weightwatchers and they recommend it as a substitute for cream in lots of different things - stick in curry, make no pastry quiche, pasta sauce - all sorts!

I have it with pasta quite often. makes a lovely creamy sauce for the pasta, I especially like it with chicken and mushrooms and plenty of black pepper.

I quite often have it for breakfast instead of natural yogurt and mix it with chopped banana, berries, or unsweetened apple purée, and sometimes oats for a Bircher-style muesli. It's higher in protein than yogurt and is naturally fat-free (ie skimmed) and I find it much more filling. It's got little flavour so works brilliantly in both sweet and savoury dishes, and doesn't curdle, so can cook with it. Also makes good cheesecakes Smile

Ooh lovely.
I like Greek yoghurt with berries.
Will try out some of the suggestions here.
Thanks.
