Yes, just salads here as well, but I LOVE them. They're nice on their own as well I think, with just a bit of salt.

One salad I use them in often is choppd radishes, celery slices, generous amount of torn up buffallo mozarella and parmesan shavings, dressed and lots of black pepper. Can't remember where that recipe came from but it's really nice. I know not everyone is a celery fan!

We chop radish into potato and onion fried curry or into any veggie curry.
You could fry plenty of onoin, garlic and a bit of chopped ginger in oil, stir in curry spices (turmeric, coriander, cumin or ready mixed curry)then add sliced potato and sliced radish and fry till cooked and crispy. If you don't want it "dry" you could add 1 or 2 chopped tomatos and turn heat down with lid on to finish cooking.

In France we had them as a starter, just baguette, and radish with butter and salt on.

tinshoes,I slice them and put them in a sort of Asian salad.
Beansprouts, shredded carrot, sugarsnap peas, baby sweetcorn an radishes with dressing of chilli, coriander, lime juice, fish sauce and sesame oil.

Make a couple of hours before you need Bat,and chill.
Bit of sugar added is good to to get the sweet/sour/salty thing going on.
