Good way of cooking kale?

I've got a big bagful of it. I love it just lightly steamed/boiled in hardly any water, but what else could I do with it?

Thanks in advance!

Put it thinly on a baking tray, drizzle with a little oil and cook on a high-ish heat for a few minutes (keep an eye on, it burns easily) and it turns into crispy kale like seaweed?

I just feed it to the guinea pigs- they love it!

I bake it too. If you want it to taste like crispy seaweed, I think you need salt, sugar abd nutmeg. Probably not great for you, but lovely!

I fry it with shallots, garlic, butter and some olive oil til with lid on for 5 mins then off for 3 to crisp a bit. Delish

I was just reading another thread where someone mentioned Wedding Soup which I'd never heard of - googled it and discovered that uses kale (or similar)!

I make an Italian-inspired soup which is tomato soup with greens added - the flavours really go well together. Throw in other stuff too: herbs, cannellini beans, etc as the mood takes you.
On the same principle, kale topped with a splodge of something passata-like is v nice.

Shred and add to stir fries.

4 x oranges
1-2 cloves garlic
100g walnut pieces
1 red chilli
200 Kale (discard strong stalks) - boil in water for 2 minutes
400g tinned chick peas (drained)
25g butter
3 tbsb olive oil

Grate zest from oranges, and prepare the remainder to use only flesh (discarding pith and pips)
Cut Garlic into slivers and mix with walnuts. Finely chop chilli, drain chick peas.

Heat large frying pan (or wok) with butter and oil, add garlic and walnuts for 1-2 mins. Scoop mixture out and reserve. Pop kale back in and stir fry until just starting to soften, then add chick peas and orange (with juice), continue to cook through until chick peas are heated through and kale just tender. Season to taste, add reserved garlic and walnuts.
Garnish with chilli and orange zest

(Sounds complicated, but it really isn't) Very Yummy

I just put a bit of chicken stock in the bottom of a pan and boil it on the hob for a few minutes

Soften it lightly in the microwave (or pop in boiling water for a minute or two, until JUST tender -no more than that). Then stir fry with garlic and olive oil.
