You probably won't find an exact recipe for that size cake tin. You'll need to use a conversion. Something like this might help. conversion guide
42 x 29 cm is approx the same as a 35 cm square tin.

You are probably going to struggle to get it to bake evenly. The middle will take way longer than the edges. You can use a heating core or metal flower nail to help distribute the heat more evenly. I used one of these flower nail on a slightly smaller cake. You could probably use about 4. I put mine in the tin flat side down and then laid the baking paper on top and pushed it through.

I also wrapped the cake tin in wet towels. This helps the edges cook slower.

Here's some good advice I found online: clearlycake.com/blog/large-cakes-tips-on-how-to-bake-a-level-well-risen-cake/

Good Luck

tickled has given good advice on baking a large cake. What you need to do to work out a recipe is just compare volume with a size that you know the recipe for and scale up.
So for example for a 12" square, 4" deep cake the volume is 12x12x4 = 576.
Your cake tin in 12"x 16.5" x 4" (assume it's actually 4" deep not 4cm!) so 12x16.5x4 = 792.

792 / 576 = 1.3 ish so you would times everything in your 12" recipe by 1.3. (I'd usually use a 12-14 egg mix in a 12" square)

Tils13, I've made a few 12" cakes, they aren't that easy to bake evenly when I made mine, few weeks ago now I baked it in 2 halves that way It gives you even cooking, on gas 3 for an hr for each layer approximately, ovens vary.

I'll give you my recipe if you want though, heres my 12" I baked about a month so, its a very big cake, my tin just fitted in the oven.

BIG cake!!
