BLW ravioli recipe for freezing

Does anyone have a ravioli recipe that's good to freeze? I've realised that ravioli is the perfect BLW food (easy to hold, whole meal contained in a handful, portable...) but am worried about the salt content of supermarket stuff. I'd like to commit a morning to making a ton of the stuff and then stack the freezer but have never tried to freeze homemade pasta. Any recipes or tips?

TIA!

Jamie O's pasta recipe is foolproof. link here

You might want to invest in a ravioli press from Lakeland.

I am experimenting with pasta using beetroot and spinach to colour and flavour it plus add nutrition like vit C and iron. I make it on the pasta dough cycle in my bread machine but I have to run it through twice ie 2 x 6-minute cycles. You can make the dough in a food processor too. You don't need salt at all but watch the salt content of any cheese you might add to the filling. Homemade pasta is softer than shop bought. I also invested in a pasta rolling machine which is invaluable and great fun to use for the GDs and you can make spaghetti too.

I'll post the recipes for the beetroot and spinach pasta later.

These are taken from Carluccio's An invitation to Italian Cooking

Purple pasta
400 g OO pasta flour (McDougall's)
2 very fresh eggs
6 tbs cooked beetroot juice whizzed in processor or juicer
combine all ingredients to make pasta.

Red or Pink pasta
400 g OO flour
3 eggs
2 tbs tomato puree

Green pasta
350 g OO flour
3 eggs
80 g of cooked spinach

No idea why ratio of eggs and flour changes with each recipe but I vouch it's delicious.

Thank you JamNan! Will be trying it tomorrow, we have a bread maker so will use that but was hoping to get away with just using a rolling pin, will see how it turns out. Have you ever frozen your pastas?

Yes,it was fine.

Using a rolling pin can be hard work if the dough is stiff. My lurid green pasta looks quite pretty against the butternut squash filling.
