Good book on nutrition for pre/schooler?

Can anyone suggest a good book to start to explain different food groups, what different nutrients do for our body etc? DD is a great eater, really interested in growing veggies in the garden and has really only just started with the odd chocolate/ cake at kids parties. I'm not against chocs/ cakes/ sweets etc just keen for her to understand what a healthy body needs every day and why. I know I could explain this myself but she loves books and I think it would be a better way to get the message across.

Never introduced any books on this. I've found the best way was to model good eating habits.

We do that (and I think thats why she never had chocolate till she was 3!) however external influences are starting to take affect and I'd like to show her some books - to almost back up what we do I guess.

We have a good Annabel karmel one, lots about different fruit and veg and the benefits of them. It is a book for toddlers.

You never eat chocolate?

Not a fan of chocolate, always preferred sweets to chocs but don't really have them now. Never have either in the house - not a thing that I even consider buying. Same for cakes. Might do the odd bit of baking with DD but never buy a cake to eat at home.
