Oops! Somehow i ordered 5 200g tubs of natural bio yogurt........

in my Tesco online shop.What am i going to do with it all?
Only need 2 tablespoons from a new recipe i want to try!(I'm not very good at cooking but want to start trying harder!)
I don't eat yogurt normally!

I could use up the strawberries in some of it! dc will prbably eat that.

Use it as topping for moussaka (or lasagna etc I guess) - mix one tub with a couple of beaten eggs, and top with grated cheese. (This can be frozen)

You could reduce the volume by straining it: line a colander with a muslin, pour the yogurt in and leave it at least 24h in the fridge to strain. The whey makes a nice cool drink, and the strained yogurt is a brilliant replacement for cream or cream cheese in all sorts of recipes, or even just spread on bread with a sprinkle of salt/pickle etc for savoury, or with jam/honey etc for sweet sandwich. Or use it as a topping for a pudding.

Transfer the strained yogurt to a glass jar or covered bowl and it will keep for a week or more in the fridge.
